We help small and mid-sized businesses replace spreadsheet chaos and disconnected tools with custom, AI-ready software. We are looking for a sales rep who can start real conversations, understand what a business actually needs, and turn interest into booked calls and signed projects.

About the role

Entvas Technology builds custom, AI-ready software and cloud systems for small and mid-sized businesses — the kind of work that replaces manual busywork and pays for itself in hours saved and revenue collected. Our pipeline comes from live webinars, referrals, and outbound, and we need someone who can carry those conversations from first hello to signed engagement.

This is a consultative sales role, not a script-reading one. You will talk to business owners and operators who know something is broken but do not always have the words for it. Your job is to listen, connect their problem to what we build, and guide them to a confident next step. Our solutions architect handles the deep technical scoping — you own the relationship and the momentum.

Above all, we want someone who is genuinely excited about technology. This world moves fast, and the best salespeople here are the ones who love what modern software and AI can do for a business. You do not need to write code — but you should be energized by solving real problems for our clients and helping them see what is possible.

You can work from anywhere in the U.S. We provide the training, the talking points, and a real product with real results behind it. You bring the drive, the discipline to follow up, and the ability to make people feel understood.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery conversations with inbound and webinar leads to understand their business and pain points
  • Clearly connect what Entvas builds to the outcome a prospect actually cares about
  • Book and run qualified sales calls, and move opportunities forward to a signed engagement
  • Follow up consistently and on time — most deals are won in the follow-up, not the first call
  • Keep the pipeline clean and up to date in our CRM so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Loop in the solutions architect for technical scoping, and keep the deal moving while they do
  • Share what you hear from prospects back to the team so our messaging keeps getting sharper

What we're looking for

  • Genuine excitement and passion for technology — you love what modern software and AI can do for a business
  • A track record of selling or a clear, demonstrable talent for it — you can start conversations and close them
  • Genuine curiosity about how businesses run, and the ability to ask good questions and actually listen
  • Confident, personable communication over phone, video, and email
  • Discipline to follow up relentlessly and keep your own pipeline organized
  • Comfort working independently and remotely, and managing your own day
  • Reliable internet and a quiet space to take calls from

Nice to have

  • Experience selling software, IT services, or another considered B2B purchase
  • Familiarity with a CRM and basic sales tooling (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • A background working with small and mid-sized business owners
  • Comfort with a base-plus-commission model and the upside it brings
