About the role
Entvas Technology builds custom, AI-ready software for small and mid-sized businesses — the kind of systems that replace spreadsheet chaos and a pile of disconnected tools. Live webinars are how we introduce that work to new audiences, and the host sets the tone for the entire event.
This is a presenter-first role, not a technical one. You lead the session, keep people engaged, and guide them toward booking a one-on-one call with our team. Our solutions architect is on every webinar to handle the technical questions — so you are free to focus entirely on presence, pacing, and getting people to take the next step.
We provide full training and a proven flow, so you are never improvising the material. You bring the energy and the ability to move an audience; we handle the substance.
What you'll do
- Host and moderate live webinars end to end — the opening, the flow, Q&A, and the close
- Keep attendees engaged and the energy high from the first minute to the last
- Deliver the call-to-action clearly and persuasively: getting attendees to book a one-on-one call
- Read the room and adjust your pacing to hold attention and prevent drop-off
- Hand technical questions to the solutions architect on the call, and keep the conversation moving
- Follow the trained flow while keeping it natural, warm, and personable
What we're looking for
- A confident, engaging presence in front of a live audience
- The ability to lead a session, set the pace, and keep energy up for its full length
- Comfort delivering a call-to-action and encouraging people to take the next step
- A clear, personable speaking style
- Reliable internet and a quiet space to host from — you can work from anywhere
- Availability during U.S. business hours for scheduled webinars
Nice to have
- Experience hosting, emceeing, or presenting — live events, webinars, or video
- A sales, closing, or conversion-focused background
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars, StreamYard, or similar)
- A short clip or link of you presenting
What we offer
- Starts at 1–2 hours/week, growing to 4–6 hours/week as we scale
- $75/hour, plus a bonus for every attendee who books and attends a one-on-one call
- Full training and a proven flow, so you are never improvising
- A solutions architect on every call to handle all technical questions
- Fully remote — the webinars are online, so you can host from anywhere
- A flexible, part-time schedule that fits around other work
What success looks like
This role has a clear, simple scorecard: engaged attendees who book — and actually attend — a one-on-one call. The better you keep the room warm and confident, the more people take that next step. That is exactly what the per-booking bonus rewards.
Apply for this role
No technical background needed. Tell us a bit about your hosting, presenting, or sales experience — and if you have a clip or link of you presenting to a live audience, include it. That tells us more than any resume.
